As the Educational Designer at The Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, I truly believe creativity flourishes when disciplines intersect. With my background in English Studies and Literary & Comparative Studies, I had experience working at HKU and the HKUST in the fields of digital literacies, experiential learning, social sciences subjects, internationalization of Higher Education, intercultural studies, future-readiness, graduate teaching assistants training program, professional development in teaching and learning, virtual teaching and learning project, and Communication-intensive Courses. Apart from teaching, developing e-modules, gamifying learning and teaching, creating videos and designing works, I am also passionate about writing poems and mental wellbeing.

Reflection on teaching and teaching is also an essential part of me. I do not want to become a teacher who adopts e-learning technologies to create gimmicks without making the learning meaningful to students.  I seek to become an educator who can inspire minds and facilitate learning in different ways in different scenarios while I innovate teaching and learning in a learner-centred approach.
